The Encapsulated Insulation Pad is the perfect choice for adding both warmth and quiet to your home or workplace. Designed with a non-combustible glass fibre core and completely sealed in a durable plastic outer cover with welded seams, it keeps fibres contained for a clean, dust-free installation.
Ideal for roof spaces, lofts, and suspended ceiling grids, this pad offers excellent insulation with a low thermal conductivity (0.044 W/mK) and an impressive R- value of up to 4.54 for the 200 mm thickness. That means better heat retention, helping to reduce energy costs.
You’ll also enjoy the acoustic benefits — reducing sound transfer between rooms by up to 32 dB for a quieter, more comfortable environment. Plus, it’s highly resistant to condensation and offers no sustenance to vermin, making it perfect for high-humidity areas and long-term use.
