When purchasing goods on the Granmore Site
All prices are shown without VAT. Payment can be made through our site or when goods are picked up from our Manchester trade counter.
Granmore accept all major cards except American Express and paypal.
Granmore don’t accept cheques.
Please note when using the Granmore calculator 5% of the dimensions will be added.
Goods can be picked up from our Manchester Trade counter.
Granmore offer standard delivery time being between 3 to 7 working days from date of order.
Delivery is charged by weight. For a next day delivery please call 0800 074 5005 and this can be arranged at an extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE When you receive your goods. They must be checked before the driver leaves. Any goods, that are damaged must be signed damaged , before any claims can be made. If you just sign Without putting the word damaged you will not be able to claim.
If you are not in to accept your goods, and the courier has to re-deliver you will be charged For the re-delivery.
If the goods are ordered and delivered in error on your part, this will incur a collection, re-delivery and re-stocking charge.
For any items to be returned, for refund the customer must notify Granmore within 7 days of receiving goods. Granmore will then issue a Returns Authorisation Number.
The cost of any returned goods is to be paid by the customer in advance.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition and still be in its original packaging.
Only full unopened boxes of tiles will be accepted back for refund should you find any fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Light Credit ltd. will not be held responsible for any courier company late delivery.
