Ideal for what I needed

This is the fifth time I have ordered.
Unfortunately this time, two of the boxes were damaged in part.
I contacted the company with photos and spoke to Gary.
This was lunchtime on Friday.
We talked out the options after his sincere apology, the decision was made and accepted on both sides.
At 2:30pm on Friday I placed another order to include replacements for the damaged ones.
They arrived MONDAY at 07:15!!!

Brought Vina-line ceiling tiles from Granmore – great service arrived a day earlier than the estimated time, they were easy to install and easy to cut to size, just used a Stanley knife, had no wastage broken tiles ended up with one pack left as i brought an extra pack for wastage cuts etc – cam recommend these tiles and Granmore – installed by a handyman and someone who is rubbish at diy – the ceiling looks like brand-new after the previous tils had been in position for 38 years

We have 80 offices and are gradually changing all our ceiling tiles to the Vinyl Faced ones. So much easier to cut than the old ones, look nicer and if the worst happens and you get a leak you don’t get the mushy tile all over the floor. Don’t be put off by the postage cost! Even when you add it in Granmore are still the cheapest around and turnaround is extremely quick.
